I also had to do exercises with her feet several times daily because her feet were "turned in" because there was not alot of room in my womb. I was told that this condition was not permanent. Lived with birth mother for a couple of months. Relinquishment papers signed at Garfield County County Courthouse in 6-?-1984. Was told by DHS worker that Ashley was being adopted by a family that had previously adopted a boy, who was 5 years old at the time of her adoption. He was aware that he was adopted. I was able to send some items along with her from our time together. I sent a letter along stating that I would welcome and give permission for future contact. God Bless:) I recently did a preliminary search history on my personal records. This is what I was able to retrive. I hope this is useful information. I did a long form from the Colorado Department of Public Health & Enviornment back in 12-?-2010. On the form was listed pysician Robert Tatreau, M.D. whom signed my current birth certificate on 8-13-1986. The addres listed on the long form was 616 Yale Place, Canon City, CO. I also did the Colorado voluntary adoption registry, for the cosent and release of identifying information. I have not recieve any additional responses from 12-?-2010-present. This year in 5-?-2011. I followed up with St. Thomas More Hospital for Birth or medical history. After several conversations. They did not show any birth records, but they did have immunization records, that they are currently holding for me. I've been dealing with severe mail delay, so this makes this process even more stressful.
