All Other Information: I had my DNA done with GEDMatch.com and looking through I find that we have a match. I am adopted and have been searching for some time. So I decided to do the DNA to find out if I have any relatives out there. Below is a small synopsis of my adoption. If you know of any information, or whom I can contact, I sure would appreciate it. This has been a long search for me. o I was born in Pandino , Italy 9-27-1957, was born at Via Borgo Roldi n 33 which is now known as Poor Houses of Riposos-Road of the Vignola n.3. I was abandoned, born prematurely. I know for certain that I was at the Istituto Eposti in Crema (from 9-30-1957 until 1-11-1958) before going to Istituto Eposti in Cremona. The following was an article placed in the La Cronaca. I was born in Pandino on 9-27-1957, in what is now an old nursing home, in Borgo Roldi street. She was born premature and left from her mom, who gave her born next to Dirce Grandi, the nurse who died some years ago. After her born, Dirce brought the kid, who was named Gaetana Lorenza Rebezzi, (a fake name), at the town hall, where the secretary Riccardo Gilli (also disappeared for some years) wrote down in front of two testimonies (town hall workers) Domenico Casalicchio and Giuseppe Lupi (also dead) the born act. So she was sent at the Eposti institute in Crema on 9-30-1957 ( when she was 2 days old) until 1-11-1958. From there she went to another institute in Cremona , that as she explains it doesn’t exist anymore. Their doctor Stefano Pugnoli took care of her and he sent her at the National Catholic Welfare Conference on 6-25-1959, with the flight TWA 901 for New York . Carol is trying to make recognize the title of abounded child in 1957, and she asked the state archive of Cremona, that asked the Brescia Under Age Court the authorization, and maybe because she doesn’t speak Italian it never answer. Or better it denied the permission on 1-13-2004, and if Carol wants to see it she has to go to the chancery and pick it up. “my mother’s name is not on the certificate because she didn’t recognized me, I just know that when she had me she was really young. I’m trying to contact the people in the born act but they are all dead except for Casalicchio, impossible to find.” The child had on her (read from the born act) a cloth smock, a patch, and a white band, a wool white cap, a white sweater and 3 diapers. (Update) I am 5'5" tall, with green eyes and brown hair.
