All Other Information: Hello. I am seeking to locate my son, who I gave up for adoption. He was born 10-16-1996 in Charleston SC, at Trident Regional Medical Center. The adoption agency I chose was: A Loving Choice Adoption Agency, Charleston, SC. The facilitator of the adoption was Deborah C Bell. The attorneys involved were: Richard C Bell, Rob Haines and John McNeil. The birth fathers name can be provided upon request. My son, at 3 days old, was transferred to Medical University of South Carolina due to hydronephrosis and polycystic kidney disease. He was then transferred to Duke University Medical Center, to be closer to the adoptive parents home. The adoptive parents, I believe, live somewhere close to the South Carolina /North Carolina border.
