I am there half sister Deborah adopted name Amanda. (Update) I don't know how old the birth father was at the time billyjeans birth but I think birth mother was 23 she was 21 at the time of my birth in '1989. I have pics of the kids if that would help. Birth mother was Hispanic brown hair brown eyes. Billyjean was the same but with more of a white skin tone.
