All Other Information: *Robert Joseph Warzek Jr. His father's name is also Robert Warzek. Robert Warzek Jr. (my biological father) has a twin sister who's name is Maryann. Their mother's name is also Maryann, so oftentimes this gets confusing. Robert's last whereabouts were in Arizona (8-?-2011 is the last I can find on him) I have spoken with his sister and parents and they are not friendly. They say they have not spoken to nor seen Robert in 20+ years. I have ordered a report on addresses that are linked or have been linked to him. He has lived in Arizona (Mesa, Tucson, Phoenix) I have Robert's SSN. He was in the military years ago (specifically, Air Force) but I'm unsure for how long. All Other Information: I was a ward of the state of Florida, age 16 years old, so the foster care system assisted me however I did meet with the attorney and the adopted parents a few times and to choose them and there was a video of the adoption papers being signed but I don't have a copy of any paperwork or the video. I received some pictures and letters via the attorney and the HRS person that was in contact with me as a foster child. I believe the last pictures and letter I received was when the child was 2. I also believe their attorney is still practicing but I haven't contacted his office because he was the adopted parents attorney and I don't know what my options are as far as making contact with him. There was an original birth certificate with the child listed as mine but I don't have a copy. I did create a booklet for the child that was given to the adopted parents and it contained a copy of his original birth certificate. The stated they were going to keep the first name Timothy and I for some reason believe they gave him the middle name Daniel and believe the adopted father's name was that but I have no documentation on it and I'm not sure on that memory. I also believe the last name to be Stephens or Stevens but I'm not sure on that either. I do know the adoptee's birth father's name but don't want to post it online because I don't have his permission and I don't believe knowing that information will help with the search. I am not in contact with him and haven't been since the child was born but I do know where is located. I do recall that the foster care system told me he signed over his rights to the child also so I could proceed with the adoption. Thanks so much for any help and assistance you can give me. I want to locate the child and his parents for myself but also because I have another son that is a few years younger than him and I think it would be so very important for them to meet and build a relationship if possible. I do understand that things may not work out but that is ok too but if I don't start somewhere and get some kind of results then we would never know. Thanks again. (Update) I think the birth father was 17 years old and I don't know the birth father's eye color, maybe blue and his hair was blond. Birth mother has brown eyes and brown hair.

All Other Information: Adopting family was at the hospital during your birth and held you soon after. I did not get to see, hold, or kiss you or meet your new family. Adoptive parents had a 2-3 year old adopted daughter already. The adoptive mother's ob/gyn was Dr. William Long of Jacksonville, FL. He is with North Florida OB/GYN. I have contacted him, but he says he doesn't remember any information about the adoption. The delivering doctor was Thomas Virtue. (Update) Birth mothers eyes hazel green, age 27 hair medium brown. But two subsequent children's hair is (1) strawberry blonde and (2) auburn. Birth father's info: not sure of his information as he wasn't involved in my pregnancy or the baby's birth. He was approx 24 and had white / blonde hair; eyes, I don't know, but probably blue. I don't think the birth cert had any bio father info listed, but I did get married right before I gave birth, so my husband's information might have been on the birth certificate. I just don't know. If my husband (who was not my son's birth father) is on the birth cert, it would show his age as 36, hair brown and eyes brown. I doubt it's there, though. (Update) My baby was an 8 lbs 6 oz, healthy baby boy.

My sister faintly recalls hearing that my biological father moved to Georgia before I was born. I was born Jeanine M Davis, but was legally adopted by my stepfather and my name was changed to Jeanine Davis Rupe. At the time of the birth I was living with my father and step-mother and I believe I was registered as Jeanine Davis. I was born 2-22-1975 at Winter Park Memorial Hospital. (Update) Birth mother was 5'2" tall, she had dirty blonde hair and blue eyes. She was 17 years old at time of birth. Birth father 6' tall, he had blue eyes and blonde hair. (Update) I noticed that on the documents that I signed over custody / rights Adoption Centre, Inc of Maitland (all my searching found in this facility no longer exists in Maitland) that would have been filed with Orange County, FL all signed 3-14-1992. They have the adoptee's name spelled Jeffrey not Jeffery (this is the spelling I choose to match my father's name) Charles Davis. However, the cerificate of birth from the hospital does have the child's name as Jeffery Charles Davis. Also, I did spell out my full name as Jeanine MacMurray Davis on all paper work.

All Other Information: My name was spelled Cynthia Sue Castle the spelling has since changed because of a typo on my birth certificate to Cinthia Sue Castle. I lived in Tampa, Florida at the time of adoption and I was 19 years old my birthdate 9-26-1973, his birth father was 28 years old birthdate 3-1-1965. I have an older birth son who would be his full birth brother who is now 25 years old, which would be 1 1/2 years older. I have reason to believe my birth sons adoption was a black / grey market adoption because on his 18th birthday I started to do research and file my registry papers and to my surprise I learned that the attorney I used, Helen Tanos Hope was assumed by someone to handle adoptions such as black / grey market. Also I seen a letter written from her own daughter that states to register under the black market registry only because her records were found in a dumpster and some could have been lost. either way there could be a chance my records were some of those lost or these allegations could be true. (Update) Birth mother is 5'4" tall,- average 125 lbs., I have hazel eyes that seem to lighten when I am happy and darken when I'm not so happy. I have sandy blonde hair. Birth father also has sandy blonde hair with green eyes is 5'6" tall and weighs 155lbs. His full brother also has sandy blonde hair is 5'7" tall averages 180-200 lbs. Brother has eyes same as mother that reflect his mood, also has a stocky build as if he works out, rarely ever gets sick and very athletic all around very good at all sports and studies. Other siblings are a half-sister (same father) she has blonde hair, 5'7" tall and weighs 135 lbs.,. Half brother has very blonde hair, weighs 155 lbs., and has a thinner build.

All Other Information: I am searching for my birth daughter. I think that I was scammed by someone who said she was in 2011. She got money for phone bills and such and when I started asking for identifying information, she started to cut all contact and eventually told me she was dying and to not try to contact her anymore. She told me a story of how she burned down her adoptive parents house in Florida and killed them. I have searched every way I know and cannot find anything about that. I have not tried yet to get non id. I wasn't sure if I was supposed to get that from a court house or from the private attorney ?. I have no idea what I'm doing. All Other Information: Looking for birth daughter that I gave birth to in Gainesville, FL. I was 16 when I gave birth to her. She was taken from the hospital to a foster home until she was picked up by the adoptive family. She is multiracial as her birth father was mixed Puerto Rican / Black Myself Caucasion / American Indian. Adoptive parents were both Caucasion. Had already adopted a biracial child who was 5 years old at the time. The adotive father worked in construction and the birth mother was a school teacher. (Update) Birth father was 18 at the time of birth. The adoptive mother was blonde hair and blue eyes, height was 5'7" tall and 165 lbs she was 35 years old. She had an AS degree in education but was a homemaker. The adoptive father had dark blonde hair and blue eyes, height was 5'9" tall and 230 lbs. All Other Information: I, Lisa Kokenzie, selected Todd and Sue as the adoptive parents through Adoption Adovocates. Sue was adopted herself and had just recently been reunited with her birth mother, Zola, and her sisters. The story of their reunion was published in a newspaper where ever Sue lives. Todd and Sue had been married for 13 years and very excited to adopt a baby. I was impressed with the fact that they were Christians and Sue said she would always let James know about me. They named him James after Todd's grandfather, who died shortly after James' birth. I asked to meet them in person, so they came to Florida, stayed with family in Brooksville, Fl. I met them at the Adoption Advocates location on Seminole Blvd. in Seminole, FL. In 5-?-1994. She gave me a birth angel with my birthstone. They came to Florida to pick up James when he was 1 day old. We corresponded for awhile, she sent pictures and cards. I got a picture of James when he was either 16 or 17 years old. He looks a lot like my younger brother. I had received several pictures initially and one picture in particular showed James on a four wheeler with red clay on the tires holding his new puppy. The red clay, coupled with their southern accents, leads me to believe that they must live in a state like Georgia or even Mississippi, Alabama. I believe that Todd was a pipe fitter, working on a river, making me think of the Missippi River. James will be 18 this 6-7-2012 and I would love to meet him. Adoption Advocates is also attempting to contact Todd and Sue on my behalf. I'm hoping that someone will be able to reach them as I have tried to correspond over the last year with no results. I also believe that they may have used James as a middle name, possibly calling him Nathan as a first name. The post adoption papers I received, stated that they had decorated his room with disney characters and Sue had put in James' room a picture of me and his birth father. Todd and Sue were married on 8-21-1981. Sue also had an adopted brother who was 6 years older than her. Sue's father was also a pipe fitter and retired, her mother was a school bus driver. In 1985 she lost her brother to cancer. Sue was an office manager for a construction company / accounts receivable, met Todd through his sister who she worked with. Todd is mechanically inclined. Todd has a twin sister, the one who introduced them. His parents divorced when he was 17. The pre adoption papers were signed by Janet Morris, social worker, 11-10-1993, Jan Overstreet, Director of Placement Services, 11-10-1993, and Bill Donovan, MSSW on 11-10-1993. This process was started because of my selection of them probably in 10-?-1993. Sue was approx 32 years old at the time of adoption. (Update) Birth mother, Lisa Kokenzie height 5'6" tall, 17 years old at the time of Jame's birth, my eyes are greenish / blue, hair, blondish / brown. Birth father, Christopher LaBanca, height approx 6'0" tall, 17 years old at the time of Jame's birth, brown eyes and dark hair.

Name given at at birth by me was Kyle James D'Aloia, Birth Certificate Number 109-94-121490, Date File 9-2-1994, Date Issued 4-24-1995, Social Security Number (On File), I received card in mail on 10-5-1994. He was born with Idioventricular Tachycardia. He was in the neonatal for approximately 4 days. He was under the care of Dr. Mary B. Mehta, MD, with Pediatrix Medical Group, Cardiology Division, located at Broward General Medical Office Building 1625 SE 3rd Ave-Suite 702, Ft. Lauderdale, Fl 33316. His pediatrician prior to the adoption was Dr. Joseph DeLeeuw, MD-(recently deceased), located at 599 South Federal Highway, Dania, Florida 33004. Kyle was involved with the Department of Children & Families. Judge Arthur Birken, handled his case, in Ft. Lauderdale. Guardian Ad Litem was Sherry Savage, whom continued as his Guardian well after the adoption was finalized. He was in my care until 12-?-1994. At the time, I had a drug addiction problem. He was placed in Children's Home Society- Intercoastal Division, located at 401 N.E. Fourth Street, Ft. Lauderdale, Florida 33301, the Associate Executive Director, whom I dealt with at time was Victor A. Rivera, MSW,ACSW. I never met the adopted parents, but they were willing to allow a somewhat open adoption, where they would send me occasional photos. I was also encouraged to write a letter to Kyle, so that it would be placed in his file fo when he got older. But due to my state of mind at the time, I did not follow through with either. I was told by someone involved with his case, that his name was changed to Victor, once he was adopted. I understand that he is still a minor. He is now 16 years old. I just finished registering with ISRR-International Soundex Reunion Registration-mailed form on 9-29-2010, Finding In Florida-registered online on 9-24-2010, and am in the process of registering with FARR-Florida's Adoption Reunion Registry. I am an adoptee, myself. I found my birth family in 1999 by registering with as many websites as possible, and with the help of Search Angels.
