I'm told that my Mom was in Washington, D.C., ?-?-1950 or ?-?-1951 ? and became pregnant. She worked for the State Department at that time. She went to a home for unwed mothers in the D.C. area. Gave the baby up, it was a boy. I'm told his name may have been Douglas. The last name was Spry. I have no other information. My Dad, who became friends with her decided it was time to tell me. My Mom died in 2005. It is not my Dad's baby. He said she got pregnant in Rochester, NY, her home town. Had the baby and went back to Rochester for a time and then went back to Washington, D.C. and got with my Dad.
