All Other Information: Adoptive mother was in nurses training at alphonso hospital where I was born on or around the time of my birth. She graduated from that hospital with RN degree. She was able to adopt me on 2-?-1960 and a boy on 7-?-1960 of that same year from that same hospital. He was born 7-4-1960. Maybe she had connections ?. When I asked her who my birth mother was she wouldn't tell me. Maybe she didn't know or I don't know why she wouldn't tell us. She told us we were adopted at an appropriate age and it was all cool the way she told us, but when I got older and wanted more info she got real cold and I decided it best not to push the issue. She was full blooded Indian and the adoptive father was white. He worked as a rail road engineer She divorced him when we were around the ages of 2 or 3 years old.

Best friend remembers the birth date as the 7th, but without hard evidence I spanned all the dates that month with a 7 in them for the search. Best friend was more sure of the year because she had an older infant of her own. Mom won't talk about it, blocked it out, her best friend (Even to this day)let it slip by accident. Best friend attended birth. My mom went to live w best friend that facilitated adoption through her attorney -adoption was to a family friend/client of attorney looking to adopt. He might not have grown up in Nampa, she seems to remember the family moved to New York when still a baby. She seems to think he became a podiatrist, just stuff she heard over the years but did not retain because it was a secret. A Bishop in the LDS Curch arranged the adoption and my baby was whisked away from me in Boise and sent directly to a hospital in Salt Lake City, UT. My father was abusive and threatened to kill us both and that is why I had to relinquish you. There are some serious medical issues you need to be aware of as well as some characteristics that I think you may have. The medical issues and other genetic conderns are: Bad joints in your wrists, ankles, knees, back and hips - genetic Alcoholism. Multiple Schlerosis or other immune deficiency type dis-ease. Diabetes. All Other Information: Looking for my husband's birth family, birth father, and birth mother. Any help would be greatly appreciated. We know very little about the circumstances of his birth, except as follows: Other Info: Delivered by Dr. LaRele Stephens. Small at birth. Perhaps 5 lbs. ? Dr. Stephens called the adoptive parents upon delivery of my husband and said, "I have a baby boy. Do you want him ?" The adoptive parents picked him up immediately. The adoption was finalized 10 days later. Paperwork was begun with one lawyer, the adoptive parents didn't like how he presented himself, and so paperwork was finalized with another lawyer. (Update) I am 5'10" tall, with blue eyes and blonde hair. I have no other info on my birth parents or birth family at this time.

All Other Information: State File # 11164, Local Reg. # 7229, Reg. Dist. # 610 I am not sure if the adoption took place in Idaho Falls or Pocatello where my adoptive parents were living at the time. It was recorded by the local Reg. on 12-3-1969 by Anna Bridges. At the top left corner of my certificate it states it was recorded on 12-9-1969 and then under the date there are hand written #'s 555-213-010-131. On the top right corner above the State File # there is the # 111-69-0. This # is typed. The Doctor who sign my certificate is D.H. Baker I am looking for my parents but if they don't want contact from me that is ok. I really need my medical history from both sides. Thank You so very much!
