Or if you have Team e-mail with all e-mails and copy of your form on it just add any new info at top of that e-mail and reply to all. I will see new info and add to your form this way all search angels get it right away and do not have to wait days or weeks some times for me to get it to them. Then I add any new info I think should be add to your form and send it back out so it goes back past all search angels twice that way and you have a much better chance of getting the help you need.
Include the information you want changed, updated or posted FOUND.
