All Other Information: Adoptee was taken from a children’s hospital in Russia were she was hospitalized for examination because her birth father had been sentence to imprisonment and her birth mother had her parental rights terminated in a court of law. And child had been in contact with tb parents. on 1-4-1994 she was in a baby's home of the town of Novocherkassk, Russia. She was being seen by Dr.s while there. on 4-20-1994 she was seen by a Phthisologist. She was adopted in 1994 by us parents and taken to Vancouver, Washington. In Russia she was examined on 2-22-1994 in a regional pediatric outpatient department. had birth trauma of the central nervous system. (Update) I am the cousin to Vieka and she is mentally impaired so I am helping her locate her birth parents in Russia. DNA testing has been done with Ancestry and My Hertiage DNA and has uploaded to Gedmatch.

All Other Information: Baby house 1. My adoptive father thinks someone at the orphanage knew something about me. The suspicion came from the fact that my parents brought me a book of pictures about them and the house I was going to, pets and other family members. The next time that they came back to visit me, I didn't have the book and when questioned, the orphanage said that one of their workers asked to show the book to their family. It took them 2 days to get it back to me. I was found 10-6-1999 on the stairs of House 26 Stoletov St. wearing red overalls and a red knitted cap. I was approximately 2 years old. I've done DNA testing. I was given the last name of the head doctor Larissa Pautova and I remember or have been told about a worker that I was close to named Sasha and he would play piano for me every night.

I do not know my birth mothers name but the orphanage did tell my adoptive mother that I have a birth bother 2 years older than me that my family kept. I downloaded vk and ok.ru but haven't had any luck so far. I also emailed the Tyumen Archives and they told me my adoption is a secret. The only person who can get my records is my adoptive mother.
