All Other Information: My birth brother's name was Clinton James Barnes, he was also called C.J. for short. He was fostered by two women in Newport, Oregon - Harriet and Judith. It was a Medical Foster Home. Adopted Parents Possible lived in Portland, Oregon or Tigard, Oregon. Adopted parents may have owned a Cafe or Bakery. Birth fathers hair is reddish-brown, eyes are hazelnut. Birth mothers hair may have been brown, eyes blue ?. CJ had a younger sister who was also adopted, her birth name was Kiera. I have Posted on Facebook. Myself - Kayla Rose Barnes and My Older sister Timmi Lee Bales are searching for CJ. We all share the same father only. I am a birth sibling. (Update) I have brown eyes and red hair. My sister Timmi has blue eyes and dark blonde hair. (She is CJ's other sister - we are both searching for him.)
