All Other Information: We are looking for an male adoptee who would be a birth sibling. The adoptee was given up at birth. He would be 71 years old now. Any help would be extremely grateful as time is not on our side. Birth mother: Geraldine Ruth Harless is now deceased. She lived to 79 years old and passed in 2010. She last lived in Davenport, Florida. She was born in Parkersburg - West Virginia. Maiden name: Giddings. Geraldine married twice with the last names: Morrison and Harless. She had 5 children in total including missing adoptee. Geraldine lived in Miami, Dade - Florida with her mother Virginia Alice Parsons at the time. She was only 16 years old when she had the baby. Eye color: Green, Hair color: Brown. We have no information on the birth father. The only information I have on my birth brother is his first and middle name, date of birth and city of birth. Name: George Edgar (?), Date of Birth: 6-4-1947, Born: Miami, Dade - Florida. We don't know his new name or adopted parents’ names or other details like placement agency. Birth mother was told he had red hair. My mother Geraldine wrote in a small book about Dr. Katherine Cole whom she said had handled the adoption. After further investigation we found out these babies were adopted illegally and the records falsified. These babies also known as the "Cole Babies" and some babies ended up in New York and surrounding states. Geraldine made a trip down to Miami before she died we believe in an attempt to locate him and signed up for Ancestry which had no DNA testing at the time she lived. I cannot say our information is entirely accurate as we have found the records could likely be incorrect due to the circumstances. Currently registered with the Florida Adoption Reunion Registry (F.A.R.R). DNA tested with Ancestry.com. I'm a half birth sister / birth sibling of the adoptee. Not on Facebook, Twitter or social media sites.

All Other Information: This is most likely a male. This was a black market adoption, through Katherine Cole. I am a reunited Cole baby, found birth mother in October 2016 through ancestry DNA. Several weeks ago she confided that she had given another child up a year after my birth, same birth father. I believe this child ws a boy though she was told she had a girl. When I was born, she was told I was a boy. That probably was Cole's practice to cover her tracks in case the birth mother looked for her child. I also believe this is a male who knew he was adopted and a Cole baby. I found a listing on an old Cole baby registry with this same date of birth ...the person searching was male. This registry is no longer active and there is no way to get the information. I have left off birth parent information because my mother has not told the rest of the family yet. Any help would be appreciated. (Update) Birth mother was 23 years old at time of birth. 5'6" tall, with brown eyes and brown hair. Birth father was 34 years old, 6'1" or 6'2" tall, with brown, amber eyes and brown hair. I am 5'7" tall, with brown, amber eyes and brown hair.
