All Other Information: Baby Girl Panabaker Angela Marie Panabaker d.o.b.: 3-31-1980 Born: Beatrice, NE Was living in Foster Care in Cheyenne County at time of Adoption. Fathers name was not on Birth Certicate. Mothers Name: Anna Louise Panabaker d.o.b.: 7-23-1963 Angela was about 1 yr old when she was taken from her mother and put up for adoption. I got some more info from birth mom and it's a bit of a little long sorry Anna (birth mom)had a huge fight with her foster mother in 1980 within a day or so the state of Nebraska sent a worker to the home. The foster mother and state worker had a discussion which Anna was not included in. They then came to Anna and told her that if she didn't sign the papers of relinquishment Angela (the baby) would be in the state foster system until she was 18. Either way Anna was never gonna get Angela back. (I don't believe that Angela was in any way abused, personally I think that it was the foster mother's way of getting back at Anna for the fight) Anna having been in and at the time still was in foster care and not having had good experiences decided that allowing Angela to be adopted would be a much better option for her then to stay in the system for 18 years. Anna believes a woman by the name of Cathy Mayor she was the Foster mother until Angela was adopted. Due to the fact that I am coming into an ongoing search some things have already been done that I am not aware of ie - ssn search - file is blocked. And somethings that should have been done are just now being done - isrr registration, contacting the state of Nebraska for any forms/info available. Since my experience in searching has always been family history and friends I have a couple of questions for anyone who wants to answer - What if any help is the fact that Anna was also in the foster care system for several years? Again sorry this is so long but I figure that every little piece of info may be helpful somehow. Theresa Hetland /friend of Anna and husb and I am hoping that with me being a third party if Angela does not want to have contact with her birth mother she will at least contact me so that I can let her and her husband know that she is ok. They do not want to upset anyone's life but would like very much to be in contact with Angela. I will not forward her contact info if she is not interested in contact. All Other Information: The birth parents were dating in high school when the birth took place but later separated after. We are no longer in contact with Melissa, but my father's (Thomas) birthday is 3-7-1964 and was 18 years of age at the time of birth. He has hazel eyes and brown hair but was blonde when he was younger. Melissa has two other sons with ex-husband Jim Freemark, Brandon (age 20) and other I do not know. (Update) I was previously looking in the state of Nebraska but was recently told that the adoption may have taken place in Iowa. My father, Thomas Michael Koch, and Melissa (Missy) Granoien had a baby girl on 7-16-1982. The birth certificate read "Baby Granoien," and the adoption was done through the state rather than an agency. Thomas' date of birth is 3-7-1964, and Melissa's is 1-7-1964. They both resided in Bloomington, Minnesota at the time of birth as recent graduates of high school but went down to Iowa to stay with Melissa's extended family for the birth. Melissa was formerly married to Jim Freemark but has gotten divorced and has taken back her maiden name of Granoien.

All Other Information: Birth mother was young and her parents made her put the baby up for adoption. diabetes and heart disease runs in my family. I need to find him to let him know that I truly wanted him but I was told that I had no rights and that I was to have no contact with the baby or birth mother or I would be in some major trouble. I was young and afraid. so I made no contact to find him. now he is 18 years old and I desperately want to find so I can know him. I am trying to locate an older sister born Betty White-Eagle around 2-?-1986. She was placed with a foster family named Shopaw / Shopau on 5-4-1987 by the child saving institute.
