All Other Information: Birth mother is about 65 may live in windham, Maine. Have a cancer type hereditary disease from birth mother called familial polyposis I need info. (Update) My birth mother Kathleen brown was 18 years old and single when I was born. I was born at 932 pm at Notre Dame Hospital in Biddeford, Maine. My birth mother was living at St Andres Home, Inc while pregnant. She is 5'8" or 5'9" tall and at 40 was 120 lbs. I am not positive but I think birth mother hair and eyes were blue or brown. My eyes are blue. birth mother is the oldest of 5 and the only girl. Oldest brother is a career Marine and is named Dick. He is 1 1/2 years younger than her. She has a brother Ed. The youngest brother is 12 years younger than her. Birth father was 21 at my birth completed 11 grade and is white irish. I can't find the paper but I believe his eyes are blue and hair red. he has 2 sisters. 20 years ago Kathleen lived in the area she grew up in and birth father lived in the same area. I was adopted out of Manchester, NH Catholic Charities. I believe it is in hillsborough county. I grew up in Somersworth, NH (strafford county) Kathleen at 40 still did not have any other children. birth father was married with kids. I know these facts because I have a hereditary disease that is rare and "bad". it leads to cancer. I was 29 and petitioned the court in NH to contact my birth mother for medical reasons. The court did and she responded with a history but was at a bad time. Poor health, brother with a tumor and mother with alzheimers and did not want to meet at that time. Judge was not helpful. I had petitioned twice before that and was denied but this third time I had the diagnosis of Familial Polyposis. I have had cancer twice. breast cancer at forty and a sarcoma last year.

All Other Information: (Update) This is all we know about Philip's birth parents. He was born 10-20-1964 in Lewiston, Maine. When he was born he had dark straight hair and blue eyes. When he was 6 months old he had surgery on his head for a blood clot, and when his hair grew back, it was very straight dirty blond. He remained this way until he became an adult and then his hair started getting dark again. His facial and body hair is dark and he has skin that tans very easily. From what we know his mother was also blonde when she was young and had blue eyes as well. His non-identifying information listed birth father as deceased.? His birth mother was around 18 years of age at the time of his birth and we were told that there was a possibility of another birth sibling (maybe a boy) born 1 or 2 years before Philip. Birth mother was a diabetic and listed as single. Philip is tall, 6'3". Social worker told our adoptive parents that Philip was given up because the birth mother had been in a relationship with the birth father, and then the birth father died and the birth mother could not look after Philip because she already had 1 child. Philip was placed in foster home until he was 3 months old and then came to live with us 1-?-1965.
