All Other Information: At the time of the adoption, I know the adoptive mother was an RN, The adoptive father was a comptroller with a degree in ecconomics. I believe that they may have been from Logan, Utah. The adoptive father was the son of a contractor whom owned and did his own enginering for the company. The adoptive mother was one of three children. She and her two siblings were also adopted. The social services was located in Cedar City, UT. and they came to St. George, UT. to pick up the baby. They said that the adoptive parents were going to be coming to Cedar City for delivery. I am not sure if my adoption is considered in St.George or Cedar City. At the time of the adoption the adoptive mother was 24 years old and the adoptive father was 26 years old. They had been married 5 years. They could not have children do to endrometreosis. (Update) I am 5'5" tall and was 19 years old when he was born. I have green eyes and brown hair. Apx wt of 130 lbs. I would have let the agency know that I personally was adopted, in documentation filled out at the time of delivery. His birth father was apx 22 years old. Blue eyes and blond hair. I do not know if the agency was ever able to locate him to get any personal info. I have now located the birth father this week and am in the process of getting further info from him.

All Other Information: I am searching for my grandson. I was told he was adopted in the greater Salt Lake City area. I did receive photos and letters from adoptive parents the first year through LDS Social Services. They may have moved to a different state a few years later. All Other Information: This might be a long shot, but I'm starting to try anything. I'm looking for a son I placed for adoption. Birth on 7-18-1992 at Cottonwood Women's Center in Murray City, Salt Lake County UT. Placed with his adoptive parents 7-21-1992. Went through LDS Social Services. My social worker was Karen Calloway. She told me the adoptive parents kept the initials of the first and middle name I picked for him which is R.J. Also, his adoptive father was born in 1962. Both adoptive parents grew up on family farms in Utah and married in 1985. His adoptive mother was adopted through LDS Social Services born 1965. I did register with Vital Statistics and Ancestry has my DNA. Both have got me no results. He has a birthmark on his right hand, middle finger. The pic provided is at 6 months. All Other Information: My son was called about a month after his birth daughter was born and was told his baby had been given up for adoption. He was living with his father in Phenix City, Alabama at the time. They called an attorney in Salt Lake City, Utah, and were told it was too late to do anything about it because the time frame had elapsed. A few years (maybe 2) later my brother checked with the Bureau of Records in Salt Lake City and they said they had a record of a birth to that birth mother on that date, but no birth father's name was listed. My son Byron now lives in Otterbein, Indiana and very much would like to know where his birth daughter is and would like to meet her. He was devastated by this. The birth mother, Amy Lenhard was Mormon and was from Columbus, Georgia. Her parents sent her to Salt Lake City and made her give up the baby. This was my first grandchild, and I would very much like to find her before I die. (Update) The birth mother was 18 years old at time of birth and the birth father was 21 years old. The birth mother had medium brown hair and I am not sure of the color of her eyes. My son, the birth father has hazel eyes and dark brown hair. I don't know the birth mother's height but I would guess around 5'5" tall and my son, the birth father is 5'11" tall. I only saw the birth mother one time.

All Other Information: Bailey was named after the song, "Bailey and The Boys" and her mom. She was extremely premature and spent several months at Primary Chidren's Medical Center. She weighed less than 2 lbs. when she was born. I saw her every day in the hospital and helped take care of her at the Whipple's house after she was released before the adoption was finalized. She had redish blond hair and blue eyes. She went home with a feeding tube. She has surgery on her heart because of being so premature. She may have learning and physical disabilities. Her mom and I were married at the time. We had an older daughter who was 3 at the time. I allowed her to be placed for adoption because of the situation with her mom and I knew I couldn't work and take care of her like she needed. She was my first biological child. The Whipples lived in South or West Jordan, UT. Information suggests at one point they moved to Houston, TX and back to UT. When she was adopted, Bailey was the youngest child the Whipples had. Kelly Whipple had dark curly hair. One of her daughters looked very similar to Kelly. I think sibling of Bailey is Katheryn (Whipple) Wareing of Woods Cross, UT.

I fought for my baby in court and appealed the decision but it wasn’t heard. My baby’s father abused her as an infant, causing shaken baby syndrome.
