They were living in Mount Vernon, Knox County, Ohio. Mom possibly had gestational diabetes, and a high BP disorder while pregnant. It says on my birth certificate that I was born at St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Dayton, OH on 3-25-1983. But I heard sometimes that the dates and names are altered. I was brought back to NY to live with my adopted parents shortly after. When I had to order a new birth certificate, there was some information that wasnt correct to my adopted parents, so my birth mother's maiden last name might have been Taylor at my time of birth, and she might have been 27 at the time. Everything else on the certificate was correct expect those 2 details. I made a copy of it, but then I had to send it back to get correct one.
