All Other Information: He was the only boy born in that hospital that morning. His biological mother's name when he was born was Tabor but I am not sure if that was her maiden name. She was divorced and already had three daughters at the time who were not given up for adoption. She was about 26 years old. I am told she put unknown on the birth certificate for the biological father even though he was there at the hospital (although not in the room) and was very much known to her. Something to do with the benefits she was receiving and concern that if she listed a him on anything the government might find out he had been supporting her during the pregnancy and her benefits would be cut. He moved her from Cheyenne to Casper when she got pregnant. She came from a Catholic family and hid the pregnancy from her family because she was not married. The biological father was in the air force and had just gotten out of the military. He was 28 years old. He didn't sign any adoption papers so his information might not have been included in any adoption materials. (Update) Birth mother was 5'4" tall, with blue eyes and dark brown hair. Birth father was 5'9" tall, with brown eyes and brown hair. Biological father has tested at FTDNA (both autosomal and y-111) and I have uploaded his DNA to gedmatch, gedmatch genesis, and myheritage. No close matches. He has an ancestry kit and we will hopefully be sending that in this coming week.

All Other Information: Cari was in FCMH in 3-?-1971 due to head injury. Parents signed over parental rights on 4-9-1971. Judge TC Daniels and County prosecutor David Lewis are on the paper. However I've called Natrona County as well as the State Achieves in Cheyenne & no one can find the case # on the original court paper I have. No record of Cari. All Other Information: I have been told that I have a birth sister (unsure if half) who is two years older than me, named Felicia, who was adopted by my maternal biological grandparents. I have a relatively rare congenital skeletal defect known as Madelung's Deformity. It is autosomal dominant, meaning that my birth mother and/or grandmother are very likely to have it, and my birth sister has a 50% chance of having it, too. It is a condition where one of the bones in the forearm, the radius, stops growing in early adolescence, while the other bone, the ulna, continues growing normally, resulting in visibly deformed wrists (my own are very "knobby"). Other information that may or may not be true: that my birth mother was a "mountain climber," which is why I was given up; that my maternal grandparents were "creative types." The adoption was private; my adoptive mother's stepmother (Gracie Newkirk) has a son who lives in Rock Springs, and is an acquaintance of the doctor who saw my birth mother during pregnancy. My birth mother did nurse me in the hospital for the three days we were there together before I was handed over to my adoptive mother and adoptive father. (Update) I was told birth mother was 18 years old at time of my birth. She was 16 years old at time of my birth sisters birth. I am 5'3" tall, with hazel eyes and dishwater-blonde hair. (cornsilk blonde through childhood).
