All Other Information: I am seeking my birth mother, Francesca, and my full birth sister, Sabrina. I have found my birth father, and he has fathered 5 other children with other women. He has no knowledge of location of my birth mother, Maria Francesca Corsi Musicco and has never seen his birth daughter again since 1969. He last saw her in 1980. He believes she may have lived in Berlin at some point. I have a full birth sister named Sabrina who was born in late 1968. This birth daughter was removed from her birth parents by Maria Francesca's family. It is believed that Sabrina was raised in Milano by either her uncle Claudio Corsi or another relative. Maria Francesca was born on 9-23-1946 in Genova, Italy and then lived in Milano Italy for some years. Francesco was born on 9-7-1947 in Trani, Italy and later was a resident of Milano, Italy. They were married on 3-2-1968 in Milano, Italy. I do not know if they ever divorced. Maria Francesca, who also went by the name Francesca Commonly, lived at 16 Kottbusser Strasse in Berlin 23 years old when I was born. She was 5'4" to 5'5" tall, with reddish brown hair. In the notarized documents that were used as a foster agreement, her Italian passport number is stated as 6 098221 / P issued by the Hannover Vice Consulate on 1-23-1969. My birth parents were Italian citizens residing in Berlin when I was born. The document I have is called a Foster Child Agreement in which Francesco and Francesca waived their right to parental custody to Tony and Diane Canepa. Tony and Diane were living in Germany at the time as Tony was a Captain in the US Army and they resided on the US Army base the American sector of Berlin. Translators were present and the documents were composed in German and then translated for each set of parents. the documents were notarized by Dr. Gerhard Lebowl. This occurred on 1-30-1970. I came to the USA with my adopted parents on 6-30-1970. I was naturalized as a US citizen in 1974. (Update) My birth father was 22 years old at time of my birth. He was born on 9-7-1947. He is 5'9" to 5'10" tall, with blue eyes and brown hair, it is gray now and long. He lives art time in Monterubbiano, Italy, part time in India. we are in contact on Facebook. I am 5’4” tall, with blue eyes and brown hair, I also have two baby pictures of sister and also all birth documents and their marriage certificate.

We developed a close relationship over time until the day he died in 2008. He left me with information that I must pursue. I have been looking for 6 years but not until recently I got nowhere. I am looking for a birth brother who was born in Germany sometime between ?-?-1973 to ?-?-1974. My father was able to give me limited information before he died. Dads name is Michael Eugene Collins d.o.b. 6-11-1954 in San Diego, Died 3-12-2008. Social (On File). He was in the US Army stationed in Berlin, and Bavaria. He met Ingeborg Zelle or Zeller (Zel, Zell, Sel, Selli) the name sometimes has a C instead of Z and not so sure of the spelling. Ingeborg or Inge had a sister named Gabrielle who was a teacher at a university just outside of Berlin and, their family owned a helicopter parts store with the name being their last name and sold parts to the US military. So this child (boy)was born before me (1978 me) around 1973-1974 and my father who was already back here in the states was told by the MP's in 1981 that he had a son and the birth mother was looking for him. This means to me the birth mother kept the birth son I believe. He of course never did anything about it and now I get to look. He has 2 sisters, 1 bother, a grandmother Beverly Jones Cuffell , an aunt who are still alive and 5 nieces and nephews. All of his children have very strong features resembling him even though we have different birth mothers. Two are from the same birth mother. Adopted by Ronald Dudley (Dudly ?) and wife, not sure her name (Laverne)? Ronald was an E-6 at adoption, Bobby was beautiful and perfect. Sandy brown hair in last photo I have of him at 2 years old. The Dudleys already had some adopted and some natural children, I have original adoption papers signed by they and myself and has all Ronald Info, station, Social security number and so on, Birth mother unable to sign at adoption The Dudleys Lived in Hainerberg Housing as did we. American Child Protection Services involved in adoption, Lawyer who handled adoption was named Willedahl and had offices in Wiesbaden. Birth father stationed at Wiesbaden Air base. Belonged to 3/28th infantry, B co. I could not keep him because I had no one in US to sponsor him, CPS intervened and forced the adoption, and birth mother was not in picture for serious reason. Bobby was baptized Catholic in Nieder-walluf if that helps. I'm so sorry Bobby, that it turned out the way it did. I never tried to contact you before because I wanted you to have a good, innocent life, free of all the BS that was involved. You have a sister in Germany, Her name is Sindy and she was born after I had to leave, I have her address for you if you want it, She lives in Bad-Schwalbach and also has a son, your nephew Bobby, My Grandson.
