All Other Information: Adoption took place in Utah. Birth father was born on 12-6-1965. Birth mother was born on 5-11-1976. We had to go to Salt Lake City, Utah that is where the adoption took place in 2001 or 2002 and the Adoption agency is now closed down I do not know the name of the Adoption Agency and all information and papers were signed at the Adoption Agency in Salt Lake City, Utah. The only thing I no on adopted parents is their first names are Ken and Donna they are a couple from Missouri they had to fly from Missouri to Salt Lake City, Utah for the Adoption to take place. Ken and Donna are Catholic because I wanted my 2 son's to be with a good Catholic family at the time they were Adopted. (Update) DNA testingh has been done with Ancestry.
